Welcome to Hania Studio. These Terms of Service apply to your use of haniastudio.com and any purchase made from us, including orders placed through WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us
Hania Studio is a women's clothing brand based at 623 Neelam DC Colony, Cantt, Gujranwala, Pakistan. Our store is powered by Shopify.

2. Products
We make every effort to show our products as accurately as possible. Colours, embellishments and fabric textures may look slightly different in person due to lighting, photography and screen settings. Because many pieces are hand-finished, small variations in beadwork or threadwork are part of the craft and are not considered defects.

3. Sizing and Custom Sizes
Please check sizing carefully before ordering. For custom sizes, you are responsible for providing accurate measurements. Our team can help you choose the right size on WhatsApp. Custom-sized pieces are made to your measurements and are final sale.

4. Prices
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes. We may change prices, offers or product availability at any time without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.

5. Orders
Your order is confirmed once we accept it. We may cancel or refuse any order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing or listing error, or if we cannot verify the order details. If you have already paid for a cancelled order, you will receive a full refund.

6. Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer. For bank transfers, please share your payment screenshot with your order number on WhatsApp at +92 332 9994483. Orders paid by bank transfer are processed after the payment is verified. For COD orders, we may contact you to confirm the order before dispatch.

7. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times and charges are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, holidays or events outside our control.

8. Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are handled under our Return & Exchange Policy.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including designs, photographs, videos, logos and text, belongs to Hania Studio. It may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

10. Use of the Website
You agree not to misuse our website, place false or fraudulent orders, or interfere with how the website works.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Hania Studio is not responsible for indirect or incidental losses arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
