RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Hania Studio, every piece is carefully finished and quality-checked before it leaves our studio. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Eligibility
- Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with original tags and packaging.
- Sale items, altered or custom-sized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges
We offer size exchanges subject to availability. If your size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will replace it or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued as [store credit / to the original payment method] within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the item.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect. For international orders, returns are accepted for damaged or incorrect items only.
