How do I place an order?

Choose your size, add to bag and complete checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation by email and WhatsApp.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible after placing your order. We'll do our best to help before it is dispatched.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Cash on Delivery, and advance payment via Bank Transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa. Account details are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation.

Are prices inclusive of tax?

Yes. All prices are final and inclusive of all taxes. There are no extra charges at checkout.

How do I choose my size?

Unsure about your size? Send us your measurements on WhatsApp and our team will guide you to the right fit.

Do you charge for delivery?

No. Delivery is free all over Pakistan.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently deliver within Pakistan only. For international enquiries, please message us on WhatsApp.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email and WhatsApp.

How should I care for embroidered pieces?

Dry clean recommended. Iron on the reverse side on low heat and avoid direct heat on embroidery, beads and sequins.
